Roger Black Fitness Limited/www.rogerblackfitness.com, registered at 9 Stratfield Park, Elettra Avenue, Waterlooville PO7 7XN, will cease trading on 30.09.24.

After closure, the hello@rogerblackfitness.com email will be closed down and removed from Roger Black Fitness Limited personnel’s devices. All emails will be deleted (this includes all Argos or prospective customers and third parties who may have contacted Roger Black Fitness in the past)*. The same applies for any contact made via the www.rogerblackfitness.com ‘Contact Form’ page, communication to and from customers via MailChimp (Existing and Potential Customer Newsletters or ad hoc mailings) or the ‘Callback Request’ tool.

The Roger Black Fitness Limited current ICO Certificate is ZB284409, expiring 20.12.24. 

Personal Email Contact

Any emails from third-party customer service teams or customers themselves shared via personal email addresses will be deleted two months after closure, to allow for customer or third-party queries. Emails will be deleted across all devices. No customer payment information is included in these emails.

The Roger Black Fitness Limited website WooCommerce payment system will be de-activated, and the www.rogerblackfitness.com website will simply comprise 1. A holding page with information for In or Out of Warranty customers 2. Digital product manuals and 3. Closure Privacy & Data Policy (this content). 

All data (customer contact details and abandoned cart or failed purchase information) will be deleted from WooCommerce at the time of closure. No payment details are held by the server – payment details are held by third parties such as Klarna, PayPal or Stripe.

Roger Black Fitness selling via Amazon will also be shut down. This account is currently managed by Pure-tec Limited. Please visit Amazon.co.uk for the company’s Privacy Policy.

Pure-tec Limited – In Warranty Data

After closure, all ‘In Warranty’ Roger Black Fitness Limited customer and third-party support will be honoured by Pure-tec Limited for 12 consecutive months from the date of product purchase. Pure-tec Limited currently manages all logistics, warehousing and delivery for Roger Black Fitness Limited. 

In Warranty (and Out of Warranty customer data) will be held on file by Pure-tec Limited until the end of 2025 (or before), when all In Warranty obligations will terminate. Pure-tec Limited needs to hold Customer shipping details during this period (not payment details), to be able to cross-reference original delivery date and order information, should a customer or third-party customer service department contact Pure-tec Limited for In or Out of Warranty support. No payment details are stored. The email address for customer enquiries is service@puretecfitness.com should individuals require a Deletion Certificate at the end of 2025. Fitness Equipment Services Limited – Out of Warranty

Out of Warranty support from Summer 2024 (pre-Company closure) is managed by Fitness Equipment Services Limited (FES), via info@fitnessequipmentservices.co.uk, until spare parts run out (straightforward machine servicing will still be available). No physical customer data is held, except when a customer contacts FES direct or if Roger Black Fitness Limited requires customer support or product servicing, pre-company closure, whereby contact information is shared, with the customer’s knowledge.
