These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Roger Black Fitness Newsletter Sign-up Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Roger Black Fitness (“Brand”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

– The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
– Employees, agents, and affiliates of Roger Black Fitness and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. How to Enter:
– To enter the Promotion, participants must provide their valid email address and consent to subscribe to the Roger Black Fitness newsletter by using the sign-up form provided on the Roger Black Fitness website during the Promotion Period.

4. Prize:
– One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
– The winner will receive a £100 gift voucher to spend on Roger Black Fitness fitness equipment (“Prize”).
– The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
– The winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Roger Black Fitness within [30] days after the end of the Promotion Period.
– The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
– If the selected winner does not respond within [number] days of the initial notification, a new winner will be selected.
