After you place your order, our specialist delivery partners will be notified of your purchase and will contact you direct. Please note that Arrow XL offers a ‘White Glove’ service for all products, delivered to a ground floor room of choice. If you order a folding bike, our delivery partner, DX, will be in touch regarding folding bike deliveries, on the day of delivery only.
Standard service, depending on location and when you order, is typically within three working days of placing your order with us. However, as many of you will know, some challenges are being experienced, industry-wide, with delivery and freight services. We will always endeavour to do our best for customers so if you have an urgent delivery query or issue, please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com for same-day feedback. Please don’t call 0345 222 1462 as this number is an ansaphone message where you can leave a message and monitoring hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:30 only.

UK delivery is made via two main trusted providers, Arrow XL and DX, as follows, and managed by Pure-Tec Fitness:
ARROW XL
ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT THE ROGER BLACK FOLDING BIKE
- Two-person delivery
- See The Attached PDF for UK postcode exclusions
- Customer will be contacted once the item is in the Arrow XL depot and ready for despatch – this normally takes a few days
- Standard orders will normally take within 48-72 hours for standard postcodes (although FYI, for orders placed on a Thursday afternoon or Friday, this means a customer might not be contacted until the following Monday or Tuesday by Arrow XL so don’t be alarmed!)
- White Glove Service (into a ground floor room of choice)
- Choice of delivery date (post-48 hours, if preferred)
- Weekend deliveries available – Saturday (not Sunday) but only if the order is raised prior to 11:00 on the previous Thursday (additional cost of £7.50 per item)

- A minimum standard 48-hour delivery (no UK postcode exclusions)
- Delivered to a customer’s front door
- Weekend deliveries available – Saturday only (additional cost of £7.50 per item)

- Customer will be contacted on the day of delivery only

- Please note that our delivery partners may refuse delivery for products over a certain weight or within blocks of flats, if stair access is required.

- Please box up your product, ideally in the original packaging or multiple, labelled boxes

- From time to time, we may offer customers the option to dispose of a faulty machine themselves (or to donate it). This will help us without carbon footprint

- For products purchased after May 2021 and for Warranty support (orange and black machine colour-way products only), please call 0345 222 1462 during normal weekday working hours and leave a voicemail. Your machine will simply be replaced if there is a fault as we no longer provide engineer visits for both in or out of Warranty machines
