ROGER BLACK FITNESS ANNOUNCEMENT

It is with sadness and regret that we announce the closure of Roger Black Fitness Limited as an online shop selling home fitness equipment. We launched back in 2021, with great passion, optimism and commitment. Since that time, we have built up a reputable and trusted business, especially supporting fitness for the often-neglected 50+ market.

During the last few years, shipping and delivery costs have increased at unprecedented and unsustainable levels. Whilst we are consistently selling, we are unable to grow and thrive as a business. We have been subsidising delivery costs for some time now, but as a business we have had to make a difficult decision – hence closure.

We want to reassure customers, especially those whose machines are still In Warranty, that their Warranty service will be honoured with limited available parts sent out or a refund, as appropriate, via our trusted partners at Pure-tec Limited.

We want to thank each and every one of our customers for their support since 2021 and hope that they continue to enjoy using their Roger Black Fitness machines.

Please contact Pure-tec Limited via service@puretecfitness.com with your order details and photos or a video of the issue. Please ensure that you include the original Roger Black Fitness order number and third-party name (Vivup, Amazon or Exercise.co.uk).

Out of Warranty

Please contact Fitness Equipment Services Limited (FES) via info@fitnessequipmentservices.co.uk with your order details or call 01782 280855. Fitness Equipment Services Limited is also available to offer machine servicing for some of the range (not folding bikes). Please include ‘Roger Black Fitness’ in the subject line.

Please ensure that you include ‘Argos’ in the subject line (blue logo products only) as the new Roger Black Fitness range of parts is not compatible with Argos machines.

For orders purchased from Roger Black Fitness Limited after 2021 (orange and black logo only) please contact Fitness Equipment Services Limited with ‘Roger Black Fitness’ in the subject line.
