Our checkout system is completely secure. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay & most major credit and debit cards.

We offer a 10% single purchase discount for NHS staff. Please email us from your NHS email account, with your NHS number, to hello@rogerblackfitness.com

Please email us with your order number and any photos/video to hello@rogerblackfitness.com. We usually aim to reply within the same working day but if you don’t hear back within 48 hours please send us another message.


We’ve created useful Assembly Videos for each of our products. To view each assembly video, just head to each product page and you’ll find a short ‘summary’ video. However, we don’t offer an assembly service as part of delivery or as a separate purchase. Feel free to also take a look on our YouTube Channel.

For stock purchased from this website after May 1st 2021, manuals can be found either under each product page, via our website, or please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com

You need to allow a footprint of 0.6m around each product, more for the Gold Treadmill. There is a visual within the product manual.

All fitness equipment use should be carefully managed, under parental supervision, for under 16s. When products are not in use, please unplug them from the mains and ensure that cables are not a trip hazard for adults, children or pets.


We deliver to valid postal addresses within UK mainland only. Standard delivery is charged at £20.00 for each item (and £50.00 collection fees for unwanted machines). We don’t offer weekend delivery options.

We update Christmas and holiday delivery schedules on an annual basis, normally between the latter part of November and the start of December each year. More detail is usually available via our Delivery page as well.

After Purchase Support

One year from the date of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Roger Black Fitness Customer Service number is 0345 222 1462 for post-2021 new or In Warranty purchases. For out of hours emergencies please email hello@rogerblackfitness.com. If your machine is orange and black and was purchased post-2021 (but is Out of Warranty), please contact Fitness Equipment Services (FES) with your order and product details in the subject line via info@fitnessequipmentservices.co.uk or by telephone on 01782 280855.

Argos customers (out of warranty equipment or second-hand products bought privately) should call the FES on 01782 280855 or email info@fitnessequipmentservices.co.uk for all queries relating to product manuals, spare parts (including treadmill keys), technical queries and servicing. Roger Black Fitness is unable to assist with Argos-related product enquiries.

Everyone, especially if you are limited on space, are exercising for the first time or have health challenges and need to increase your fitness levels. We are an inclusive brand and whilst our Gold Exercise Bike and Gold Treadmill might be designed for higher impact exercise, our products do not currently feature interactive technology. Based on current data, on average, 70% of our customers are aged 50+. Some of our customers are in their 80s (Bravo!).
